So Girlish!

When I first ran into Giovanna, on june @ Milano Fashion Week, I immediately noticed her personal style made of feminine and refined pieces, her charm and her discreet manners.
Of course it was love at first sight!
she immediately became one of my favourite style icons of the moment.

I definitely love the outfit she wore at Armani's last june: so girlish, so 50s, so chic, so personal.
Absolutely fantastic!

Quando ho visto per la prima volta Giovanna, durante la settimana della moda a giugno, ho notato subito il suo stile molto personale costruito su pezzi femminili e raffinati, il suo charme e i suoi modi molto discreti. Ovviamente è stato amore a prima vista e subito l'ho eletta una delle mie icone di stile preferite. In questa foto che ho scattato da Armani, indossa un outfit che adoro tantissimo: femminile, ispirato agli anni '50, molto chic e personale. Assolutamente splendida! Spero di fotografarla molto presto.

Little Bright Dress

I think Aurora is simply fantastic in her colorful and light dress. She makes me think of summer and holidays, when you wouldn't wear anything but light and comfortable bright clothes. I'm still looking for the perfect colorful and cheerful little dress and it's pretty hard to find one that suit me best. I don't give up, anyway. One day I'll find one like this!

Credo che Aurora sia semplicemente stupenda nel suo abitino leggero e colorato. Mi fa pensare all'estate e alle vacanze, quando si ha voglia di indossare solo abiti comodi, leggeri e allegri. Io, per ora, sto ancora cercando quello perfetto che mi stia bene, ma è veramente dura. Non mollo, comunque. Prima o poi troverò anch'io il mio dress estivo preferito. Intanto date un'occhiata a questo e ditemi se non è un amore.

It's not about fashion

It's about summer, holidays and clear blue sea…

It's about that irrepressible desire of south…

About slowness of days, sun, books on the beach, little old towns…

Yesterday I landed in Calabria for holidays and visited Pizzo, a little wonderful seaside town located on the Tyrrhenian sea. Here you can breath memories, history, culture, "south" and you can eat amazing ice creams: tartufo is the best chocolate gelato I've ever ate.

Leaving Milan and arriving here it's a liberation. I had enough of city life!
